How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the information of your shipment. Your message will include your tracking number and courier. You can track your order on the courier website with the tracking number.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We offer a variety of delivery options. For local customers within the Greater Toronto Area we offer pickup service if requested. For all other customers your orders will be delivered via any courier company we engage in business with. ( Canada post, Fedex & UPS).

 

What is your shipping policy?
 

All wigs/ hair bundles are all final sale and will not be accepted for return! 

Kindly contact us prior to returning your items.

Clothing can be returned if unworn, in the original state that it was sent and that tags are still intact within 7 days from date of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to have items returned. All body products will not be accepted for a return.

What is your Refund/Return policy?
 

No cancellations accepted after shipment of the order. No refund will be given once purchased. For clothing returns are only accepted within 7 days from confirmed delivery date, with unopened packages with original manufacturer's seal. We can provide another item of equal or same value. Customer will assume the shipping costs on non-damaged items. Only exchange no store credit will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within three(3) business days from confirmed delivery date. No refund or return on body products. All Hellshire Hair sales are final due to hygienic concerns. If you feel you have received a defective item, kindly contact us immediately to address any discrepancies to administer an exchange within 14 calendar days. Our refund policy is discretionary. Items must be returned in the original condition to be considered for exchange of an item of equal value. However no refunds are permitted and credit is not applicable to future purchases.

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes we do provide international delivery within the Caribbean, North and South America and within certain countries within Europe. All other countries kindly contact us prior to your order

 

How long does it takes for a custom wig to be made?

Custom wigs can take up to 7 days for your order to be completed however based on demand it could be completed sooner. Units are machine sewn and we use 3 different textures: straight, curly and wavy.

 

 

 

Do you sell Human Hair?
 

Yes we do. All of our hair bundles and wigs are human hair. You can straighten, curl, bleach, colour and manipulate the hair to your desire. Our human hair textures will serve you for a long time so that you can enjoy the benefits of your investment.
